This 100% Syrah is hand-picked in Stellenbosch from 2–23 March. The vineyards are on granitic outcrop and shale soils.

Smoky with green peppercorn and a hint of blueberry, this Syrah shines alongside grilled steak, lamb or pork, and pairs beautifully with aged cheeses such as Gouda, cheddar or parmesan.
